Watch: Insane, Violent St. Louis Cop Spews Unhinged Psychotic Rant to Oathkeepers (Video)

Recently, police accosted CNN reporter Don Lemon as he was filming live in Ferguson Missouri. “I think we’re about to be arrested because we’re standing on the sidewalk,” Lemon told viewers as an officer began to push him and the rest of the crowd back with arms outstretched.

Lemon attempted to ask why they were being moved, as they had been gathered at that spot for hours–but the officer could not be bothered to answer. “Now you see why people are so upset here, because we have been here all day.  They moved us here and told us this is our location and now they’re doing the same thing to the people, so we’re on national television, so imagine what they’re doing to people where you don’t see on national television, the people who don’t have a voice like we do,” Lemon explained.

This particular officer’s name is Dan Page. Page, a former Green Beret, is a Vietnam Veteran who retired from the military in 2012 and then joined the police force. User 951-Riverside at Democratic Underground located and posted an interesting video of Page speaking to a group of right-wing extremists, and what he had to say reveals a lot about the police handling the Ferguson protests.

In his hour-long racist, birther rant, Sgt. Major Dan Page (Ret.) shared his insight with a crowd of “patriots.”

Page spent an hour whining about black people, the LGBT community, FEMA camps, President Obama’s and birth certificate, and an evil plot to institute martial law and rewrite the Constitution. Here are some highlights:

  • About a minute in, the hate already begins to show as he explains that all men are created equal. “That does not mean affirmative action,” he says.
  • At around 1:20, he says “We’re all equal. God does not respect persons–so we have no business passing hate crime laws–NONE–because we’re setting aside a group of people special. We got a Supreme Court out of control with the laws on sodomy and that’s what they are. The word gay just means happy. It does not mean ‘wrong.’
  • At around 3:20, he explains that the Bible is the foundation for the Constitution, adding, “I don’t know what them black little perverts don’t understand down there. But they need me to talk to them. I’ll square them away for you. Take me about a minute.”
  • At around 15:40, he explains that “There are four sodomites on the Surpreme Court.”
  • At about 21:30, he explains to the crowd that the public school system is going to place our children in camps, rarely allowing them to return home, as they train our kids to spy on us.
  • He explains that President Obama is an illegal alien from Kenya at around 26:40. “Now this here is Kenya. I had my own airplane…” He says that he visited because his “undocumented President” is from there. “So I flew to Africa and I went to our undocumented President’s home. He was born  in Kenya.”
  • 31 minutes into his rant, he lets his Islamophobia fly. “Do you know how the Muslims take care of you? They cut your head off.  Obama is allowing hundreds of thousands of Muslims to come in ever week…Muslims are passive until they gain parity with you or they exceed you in numbers–and they will kill you.”
  • At 35:50, he explains that there is “no such thing as an Executive Order.” He says that he left the military because “I’m not going to obey an undocumented President.” He tells the crowd he took two years early retirement because he did not want to obey Obama’s orders.
  • At 51:45, he says that “The EBT cards are going to shut down. Can you imagine what’s going to happen to North St. Louis and St. Louis County when the EBT cards go down? When the ATM machines don’t work?” Rioting, of course! “When the inner cities start to ignite, people are going to start killing people they don’t like.”

At the end, he was presented with an Oathkeepers badge. “Wouldn’t that look good on his St. Louis County police uniform?” the man asked as he presented the badge.

This is the sort of person interacting with the largely African-American protesters in Ferguson, MO.

Think about that.

John Prager is an unfortunate Liberal soul who lives uncomfortably in the middle of a Conservative hellscape and likes to refer to himself as an "island of reason in a sea of insanity." While he is not a fan of politicians, period, he has developed a deep-seated hatred for the bigotry, fear mongering, and lies of the Right Wing. The Jack A Boots have to take a few negroes in to pay for the OT.

  • Phil J Malloy

black ROBED , not BLACK LITTLE

lets stop the race baiting already people… I expect this from losers like al sharpton but i expect better from normal americans

  • Phil J Malloy

really? so you dont believe in freedom of speech? What he said was horrible, and removing him from an active duty role is the correct move, but thats it, he didnt do anything that warrants taking away from his pension or fine him?

fine him for what? can I start fining people who say things I dont like too???

  • Andreas Meyer

You mean roBed. The robes refer to the black robes of supreme court judges.

  • OldCowboy

Anyone who is a member of Oathkeepers or supports their “work” is automatically a terrorist.

    • Phil J Malloy

just like the term racist, you liberals sure want to make the word terrorist lose all meaning dont you?

disagree with obama policy? you are a racist!!!!

      supporting the constitution??? TERRORIST!!!!

such a shame what has become of america. I blame both democrats and republicans, 2 sides of the same evil coin

      • OldCowboy

There’s nothing wrong with disagreeing with government policy. But the Oathkeepers are a group who have decided to apply their own interpretation to the Constitution, regardless of how the courts have ruled. Last year, the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center both name-checked the group in their reports on rising anti-government extremism. Bill O’Reilly has wondered if they weren’t anarchists.

When you break the law in the name of supporting the Constitution, you are not a patriot. At best, you are a lawless thug. If you use violence or threats of violence in the name of supporting the Constitution, you are a terrorist.

  • majii

Page wouldn’t like what would happen if EBT cards were taken from all who access them because there would be a whole lot of pissed off RWers.

  • Karl Chebator

I stand with Dan Page. He is telling like it is and isn’t afraid like so many others. A true patriot.

    • SL320

You must be joking because you could not possibly be that stupid.

  • mynameisjohn

Did you make it through recruit training?

  • Jon

You do realize that you’re saying he is a racist based on the fact that you misquoted him. He said “black robed perverts”, meaning the judges. Not “black little perverts”. Seems similar to the lawsuit concerning NBC misquoting Zimmerman. You’re spreading a lie with malicious intent with the hopes causing social unrest. I just took the bar so I don’t have my license yet, but I would correct your story before an attorney spots it.

    • Aimee Barfield

Zimmerman’s suit against NBC was dismissed for lacking merit. Along with a similar suit he filed against three other reporters.

      • John

My family handled that case. It was a horrible case, but not without merit. This instance is different from Zimmerman. Page is not a public figure and this is clearly a malicious lie that has been spread in a public forum.

  • cary4

he doesn’t need to be forgiven, he needs to lose his job

  • nutheory

to not understand the intent of our forefathers shows you dont apply to the system they worked towards. they were intelligent and educated, they didnt use a pocket reference to argue important ideas.

  • nutheory

This one is at least thinking… are you serious? stop thinking… you suck at it.

  • ocdetf

30 years as a law enforcement officer, and I have never heard anyone speak like this in private, much less in public. He has been a police officer for two years? Who hired this guy? It’s almost like he is a plant in order to make all police officers look bad. Just incredible.

  • RuhRoh

It was interesting to see how he skips and bounces through his little diatribe. Just enough to get the loons listening all fired up and paranoid. I just have one question for him and his followers. To what end? Why are millions going to be executed and who is going to benefit from it? It doesn’t make ANY sense at all. He needs to be medicated and institutionalized for his own safety, he’s nuts.

  • Chris S

    black little perverts = black robes…YOU RETARD0S

  • J. Fischer

Painting that crap on an armored vehicle is a great way to make a bad situation even worse. Yet these idiots see nothing wrong with picking a fight with people who might otherwise not have a problem with them.

  • speedlimit55

This piece of excrement and the police department that he works for are infidels. They are a threat to this country mark my words. For police administrators to not know what this bumbling idiot was doing and not aware just shows their level of incompetence.

  • SL320

“…endowed by their creator. That woud be Jesus Christ!”
“The Declaration of Independence is a Christian document.”

  • David Shaw Jr

If he didn’t want to take orders from Obama, why didn’t he leave the military when Obama first entered the office of president?

  • Valk-Orion Yoder

    1. This is no man, he is an OathBreaker, aka a infidel. Secondly being from Jerry Boykin’s little gang of misfits says alot. Just remember there are more where he came from since the Evangelical Coup in ranks back in 98.

  • Dave

This guy is a freaking Nazi. he’s part of the group that wants America to be a dictatorship. As long as he’s part of the group doing the dictating.

This guy is living a power trip.

“Look at me on camera, I’m so powerful I can push the free press out of the way.”

  • molly_malone2

There is something about this Dan Page that doesn’t ring right … I mean, aside from the gobbled’gook about Alien-Obama and Muslim hordes, LGBT, SCOTUS sodomites, and FEMA Camps.

It’s been my experience that when people boast about how tough or smart or highly trained or talented they are, they’re either too dumb to know they’re wrong, or they’re padding their resume to impress.

Either way, this guy doesn’t seem like a good fit with a police department.

  • paganheart

Oh good grief….seriously, someone forward this video to this guy’s supervisor. This idiot has no business working as a janitor at a police station, much less patrolling the streets as an officer!!! Seriously, how does this assclown still have a job?!? Oh wait….his boss probably agrees with him….

    • Valk-Orion Yoder

This one is at least thinking, but I guarantee his supervisor has a patch also.

As of now this authoritarian RWNJ has been relived of duties and scheduled for a psychiatric evaluation.

        • paganheart

Best news I’ve heard all week! About time.

        • OldCowboy

Unfortunately, in all probability they will not fire him. They will let him retire and draw his pension.

  • Dot

He retired as a Sergeant Major? He was in the military since Viet Nam, and he only made it that far? He has to be my age or older. He retired, because of his age, not the president. And he is like other stupid people who think that Latinos are Muslims, just because they have brown skin. Most of them are Catholic, stupid. Is the Pope coming for you?

    • Valk-Orion Yoder

Hey Dot, you obviously know not how the rank structure works in the Army bot in line units and SpecOps. So STFU.

      • David Shaw Jr

Then why did he wait four years? Why not when Obama first entered office?

        • Valk-Orion Yoder

Do you mean waited 4yrs to get out of the Army? It was probably because he was a Sargent Major and had to wait for his time in service to expire so he could get his retirement. You think he is going to give that sweet ass pension up because some Kenyan muslin got in office. Besides once you hit 15yrs in you are indefinitely enlisted to the needs of the Army.

RWNJs on power trips granite to law enforcement.

          • KarenJ

Oh, puh-leeze. If this guy served during the Viet Nam war, he has to be at least Social Security age. Usually guys only have to put in 20 years to get military retirement, but this guy has to have put in 35, at least (1975 to 2010 – in his case, 2012).

          • Valk-Orion Yoder

My 1st Sargent in Ft Campbell was in the Service in Vietnam and that was 2001. Just because he was in the military during Vietnam doesn’t mean he had to retire at 20. During time of war certain MOS’ s can be stop loss ed Spec Ops are one of them.

          • Aimee Barfield

Muslin, is a interesting fabric choice, a little dated but it shows you as true fashion maverick, especially choosing a Kenyan made muslin!

Do tell, whose office did you decorate with Kenyan muslin and what does it have to do with this uneducated oaf in the video above? His understanding of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the government doesn’t even rate as rudimentary. I do believe lab rats have a better understanding of all three. His basic ignorance of the military alone shows he kept his head down and answered ‘yes, sir/mam’, more often then not in his career or they wouldn’t have suffered this fool during peace time.

  • labman57

Page represents that faction of law enforcement who believe that the primary function of the local police is “to serve and to protect” … predominantly white neighborhoods and businesses.
