Last night Miley Cyrus poked fun at herself but eviscerated the GOP for their antics this week. The skit imagined and magnified the shutdown through a sexual lens.
She plays Bachmann and Taran Killam sort of resembles a much younger, far better looking Boehner.
In a parody of the Cyrus song “We Can’t Stop” the two, joined by others representing astronauts and bears presumably residing in federal parks, together with a creepy image of St. Reagan, the short skit lambasts the GOP.
It shows a highly sexed Boehner; use the correct phonetics, and the Congresswoman from Minnesota reach climax over their power.
It’s their house.
Actually it is not. People elected to Congress are entrusted with the public good and need to function as actual leaders. Not folks at an orgy.
Who would have thought the best videos for Boehner this weekend would be ads that the Democrats and MoveOn created.
It must almost be a relief for Boehner to see himself portrayed as a wailing baby.
When the aggregate of media cannot or will not tell Americans what is happening, then…..
Call in the ad agencies.
And the comedians.
