Update: Yes, this is actually Todd’s Twitter account. His former account was suspended…for some reason.
Todd Kincannon, former head of the South Carolina GOP, feels incredibly threatened by Wendy Davis for some reason–and he’s not afraid to show it! So far, Todd has embarked on an almost full-day Twitter meltdown regarding a claim that Davis abandoned her children to go to “coke parties” at Harvard. Oh, and she’s a whore.
Todd, in his own special way, explains exactly what is wrong with this country with his remarks surrounding the current Wendy Davis fake controversy. Not only does he wish her dead, but the chilling look he provides into far-right mentality is positively haunting.
You see, Wendy Davis’ former husband supported her and her two daughters while they were married. Stop. The. Presses. Oh, and she said she was divorced at a time when she was actually only separated. Recently, right-leaning Texas newspapers embarked on an effort to pick apart Davis’ online Senate biography:
[box type=”shadow”]After community college, she graduated from college at Texas Christian University and with honors from Harvard Law School. She later returned to her home state and built a successful legal career before jumping into politics.
But the Dallas Morning News reported Sunday that Davis was 21 — not 19 as stated in her online Texas Senate biography —when her first marriage ended in divorce. Also, Davis and her daughter Amber lived only a few months in her family’s mobile home.
Things got easier financially when she married her second husband, attorney Jeff Davis. His income helped raise Amber and the couple’s daughter together, Dru, as well as pay for her to finish college and attend Harvard. Jeff Davis also kept the couple’s two daughters while their mother was studying in Boston and, when the couple divorced in 2005, he won parental custody and she was ordered to pay child support, according to the newspaper.[/box]
Kincannon likes the idea of destroying “leftist” Wendy Davis–so much, that he feels it should be done at any cost. “I don’t care if folks attack Wendy Davis unfairly. I just want her attacked,” is just one of the many pearls of wisdom Kincannon offered up via Twitter. He goes on to repeatedly issue vicious and hateful statements against her–railing against “RINOs” who support her…and fairly well anyone else, for that matter.
Poor Todd simply does not realize that this will only make Wendy Davis stronger.
