Do you remember the cop who pointed his AR-15 assault rifle at innocent civilians, and threatened to kill them on the streets during the Ferguson riots?
That douche-bag is now crying victim because he apparently ruined his own life that day; but he doesn’t think his actions should be held against him because…cop.
This militant f*ck walked directly up to a group of young men, who happened to be live streaming the chaos taking place, and told Free Thought Project’s, Rebel Z, that he was “going to f*cking kill” him.
This all happened for no reason other than the men were walking the streets to record the historical event taking place before them.
Rebel Z, also known as John Zeigler, can be heard in the video saying:
“Oh my God, gun raised, gun raised.”
That’s when St. Ann police officer, Ray Albers can be seen approaching the group with his assault rifle raised, and dressed in combat gear.
Zeigler tries to reassure the officer:
“My hands are up bro, my hands are up.”
That’s when officer Albers can be heard yelling:
“I’m going to f*cking kill you, get back, get back!”
Another man can be heard saying “you’re going to kill him?”
Just then Zeigler himself says “did he just threaten to kill me?”
Zeigler then asked for the officer’s name, to which officer Albers responded, “Go f*ck yourself.”
The officer resigned a week after the video went viral.
Raw Story reported this:
“The state of Missouri says Albers acted ‘without legal justification’ when he pointed his assault rifle at a crowd of people, and that his “threat to commit a felony” — specifically, murder — violated Missouri law.”
The attorney for the militant cop had this to say in her client’s defense:
“There’s selective enforcement against Mr. Albers, in a situation where we have now seen at least a dozen officers in the selected photos having their rifles raised. This situation of 30 seconds in a 20-year career has literally ruined his life.”
What she is really saying is that cops shouldn’t be judged from individual actions, but over the span of a career, and that because other officers committed assault, that it was somehow OK for officer Albers to do so.
Watch the video and judge for yourself.
