The fine ammosexuals of Open Carry Texas staged a parade on Saturday, joining the group “Come And Take It Texas” for a fine evening of festivities and joyful marching, parade floats, and high powered assault rifles.
So of course we have pictures, courtesy of Liberaland.
Below, we can see Open Carry marching joyfully through the streets of their Developing State homeland:
Oops, wrong photo.
I know it can sometimes be hard to tell the difference. After all, both terrorize their minority neighbors, both march with heavy weapons proudly on display, and both live in developing states noted for their Sharia-law like mentality run by right-wingers and theocrats. As tempting as it is to compare the two, however, we need to remember: ISIS is a girly name, and the manly men of Open Carry would never be caught dead with a name like that.
Sure, there are other differences too. One group is a byproduct of United States interference in a foreign country and the other reactionary fascism. One group only threatens violence, while the other acts on it. Comparisons may not be exact, but let’s face it; if forced to chose between running into either group anywhere, I’ll just stay at home.
Anyway, on to the photographs of the Open Carry Parade:
Mixing children and guns is always great fun; I wonder if he realizes he’s pointing that gun near the child’s foot.
They’re both loaded, the gun and the diaper.
They drew a crowd in the tens of people, most of whom stood a safe distance out so they wouldn’t get shot by accident.
Is that your freedom to have an abortion? No? Then I’m pretty sure you don’t have to worry about Texas coming and taking it.
The power of life comes in three flavors: 7.5mm, 9mm, and 11mm. 15mm is available for those who really want to live it up.
According to Liberland, there other other photos but they’re more of the same: flags and guns.
Liberaland vetted some of the fans on Facebook and, unsurprisingly, it turns out that many of them are conspiracy theorists: birfers, #Bengahzi truthers, and followers of the venerable John Birch Society. It’s also worth noting that Texas doesn’t require any background checks or training, so the people in the parade could be anyone, including a mentally ill Glenn Beck fan who hears voices telling him to start a revolution.
Yes, right-wingers, that includes the mythical ISIS agents lurking along the border. Thanks for arming them, by the way.
