In Southern Kentucky, a 2-year-old girl was shot and killed by her 5-year-old brother who was playing with a .22-caliber rifle he received as a gift. The children’s mother was home at the time of the shooting. Why are we making and marketing guns to children? What is wrong with our country and our people that we think this is a good idea? How many more children will have to die senselessly because of our violent nature and obsession with guns? Why are we teaching children to become gun-obsessed lunatics?
