Two New Mexico men failed to practice gun–or child–safety as they headed to an Albuquerque Jack-in-the-Box. The two “responsible gun owners” were busted at a Jack-in-the-Box drive through with an assault rifle, a baby, and no car seat.
After noticing the two men in the car with Mark Richard Cropper, 28, holding his penile extension on his lap and Colin Drecker, 27, holding the baby, a manager at the fast food restaurant called police to report the dangerous circumstances.
When officers arrived, both men reeked of alcohol, and the baby, Drecker’s son, was underdressed. His diaper was extremely soiled, according to police. Neither of the men could remember the last time the baby was fed.
On the scene, officers pooled their money to purchase food, formula, clothing, and diapers for the child. Both men were very confrontational, according to police, and did not make it clear why they were packing so much heat.
Officers recovered four guns from the vehicle, including the AK-47 and a handgun stashed under the passenger seat. Both men have been booked into Metropolitan Detention Center on a charge of child endangerment, and the baby is now in the custody of the Children, Youth and Families Department.
It’s no secret that ammosexuals aren’t exactly the brightest bunch. It’s because of our nation’s blasturbating hordes that we hear “It was God’s will” that one child accidentally shot another because parents were not responsible with guns or that a 23-month old was shot in self defense.
This situation could have been much worse. Fortunately, the manager through of the safety of the child more than the “rights” of the deadly weapon or those who would neglect a baby yet ensure that their penile extensions are nestled safely in the vehicle.
