If you don’t remember a fellow named Eric Hartsburg, he was the guy who tattooed Mitt Romney’s logo for the ’12 Election on the side of his forehead.
Now that Romney is suggesting that he’d like to run for president again, someone had the good sense to seek out Hartsburg and ask him his thoughts. Surprisingly, his feelings on the matter this time around have slightly ‘evolved.’
Speaking to BuzzFeed News, Hartsburg revealed that he was in the process of having the tattoo removed and that he would not be supporting Romney in ’16.
“[Romney’s] going to say something later on to mess it up,” Hartsburg said. “You are waiting for him to shoot himself in the foot. It’s going to look real good and then — bam something else — he screws it up.”
Interestingly, Hartburg’s first thoughts when he heard that Romney would be running again were whether or not there was “something in it for me,” considering that he was initially paid $15,000 to get the tattoo by an anonymous Republican eBay user.
But Hartsburg wants everyone to know that the space on his head is still up for grabs, telling BuzzFeed that Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, and Hillary Clinton just need to give him an offer.
