Classy as ever, Ted Nugent opened up about the Grand Jury’s insane decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the best way he knows how: with a racist screed, of course! This failure of the justice system has been condemned by the National Bar Association, the Brown family, and numerous other organizations and people, but celebrated by the Right-Wing media and others who are convinced that being an alleged “thug” warrants an execution without a trial.
CNN legal analyst Sunny Hostin pointed out that Wilson was tossed “softball” questions in his “fanciful” testimony. He was not cross-examined or pressed when he contradicted himself, and his injuries clearly do not reflect the vicious beating at the hands of the Hulk Hogan-like demon Wilson describes.
“He talks about this aggression from the very beginning, which seems odd,” Hostin said. “He talks about being hit so forcefully two time he thought the next hit would be fatal. Yet you look at his injuries, they don’t seem to be consistent with someone 6-foot-6, 300 pounds punching you with full force.”
“I found his testimony to have not been tested by the prosecutor, which is highly unusual. He wasn’t cross-examined, he was treated with kid gloves in front of the grand jury. And I found his testimony to be fanciful and not credible,” she explained.
MSNBC legal expert Lisa Bloom described what should have been a “grueling session” as a “tea party” for the officer — and she’s right.
But, to Ted Nugent, justice was served.
On Facebook, Nugent offered some advice to black people.
