In an interview this Wednesday with the Associated Press, Rand Paul discussed the subject of abortion and was questioned on whether or not he supports any exceptions for the procedure, such as rape or incest. But keeping in line with his latest news theme, Paul turned “testy” when the questioning got too specific.
Later at a campaign stop, Paul was asked about the AP interview. His response suggested that he was still a little peeved:
“Why don’t we ask the DNC: is it OK to kill a 7-pound baby in the uterus? You go back and go ask Debbie Wasserman-Schultz if she’s OK with killing a 7-pound baby that’s just not born yet.”
DWS caught wind of his comments, and wasted no time in responding, via CNN’s Chris Moody:
Just in case you need some history, DWS is referring to the time Paul actually ‘shushed’ a female reporter during a CNBC interview.
