Count on Fox News — even when they’re agreeing with you, they’ll still find some way to say something that makes you go “REALLY?” It is true that for once, the “fair and balanced” news network has decided to side with an unarmed black man who’s been murdered by white cops. Credit where it’s due, Fox was one of the first to condemn the Grand Jury’s decision not to indict either officers Daniel Pantaleo or Justin Damico in the choking death of Eric Garner.
STILL…newer sins are easily enough judged when older sins are not forgotten. That’s exactly what got Garner (who had a prior record) killed by police, and it may be part of the reason why Garner protesters in New York still aren’t entirely thrilled with the Wilsonite worshipers atop Bullsh*t Mountain.
Then again, bobble-head Gretchen Carlson’s typically “White People Problems” callousness yesterday might have had something to do with that, too.
“I certainly hope nothing’s going to happen in New York City today, and we’ve got the tree lighting ceremony.”
So, perhaps that was part of the impetus for this impromptu chant. For despite Fox’s attempt to ingratiate itself with the concept of justice, Mediatie’s Andrew Kant caught this impromptu display outside of News Corp’s headquarters yesterday. He Tweeted the image out:
This isn’t an isolated incident, either. At the Ferguson/Garner protests in Dupont Circle of Washington D.C., the Huffington Post’s Ryan Reilly took a Vine video of the same chant:
