Did you know that teen girls could be turned into lesbians if they’re molested and/or watch “girl-on-girl” movies?
The discussion began when a viewer named Anna told Robertson in an email that her 21-year-old daughter had “shocked us with the news that she has a girlfriend.”
Good for her.
Hopefully she’s happy and will remain happy, since it seems like her mom is determined to make her life miserable. Anna added that she was “battling this and letting her live at home,” but didn’t allow the daughter to have any visitors. She lamented that:
“She is 21 and was always very feminine — this came out of nowhere.”
That’s productive; way to destroy that relationship, mom. Just remember it’s your kids, not Jesus, who’ll be picking your nursing home.
Robertson, slipping into whatever thought process he does when he pontificates at length about things he knows nothing about, explained that her daughter was confused about her “identity,” and mistakenly:
“thought she had a crush on some older girl along the way and that she’s actually homosexual when she’s not.”
Robertson then added:
“but why is she that way? Was she molested when she was younger?”
From where I’m sitting, armed with the information I’m armed with, the daughter is the only who doesn’t appear to be confused.
CBN co-host Terry Meeuwsen said that children today were being told to “explore, you know, it’s crazy.”
Robertson noted that, “well, the girl-on-girl movies more and more and more, they’re getting straight actors, actresses to play lesbians. And straight men to play homosexuals,” and “If you say anything against homosexuality, you are just hooted out of court.”
I know, you’d almost think that’s how acting works, huh?
Robertson then encouraged Anna to love her daughter, but for all the wrong reasons. “If she gets deeper and deeper in it, sooner or later, she’s going to be disillusioned. She’ll say, ‘This is wrong, and I want to come out of it.'”
That’s not love, that’s emotional abuse. That’s twisting someone to get what you want out of them. And that they’re not capable of telling the difference neither shocks nor horrifies me anymore.
