In an age-old tradition, two Connecticut teenage sisters decided to throw a party when their parents left town for the weekend. The sisters apparently had a great time and threw parties all weekend, beginning on Friday night with at least 15 to 20 people attending each night.
According to reports, the girls doubled-down on another incredible party Saturday night. However, on Sunday the 15 and 16 year-old girls were caught off guard when their parents unexpectedly came home early, making their social lives a bit more complicated. The parents called the police, causing some of the guests to take off running while the sisters were left behind to be arrested for providing minors alcohol.
A Glastonbury, CT officer was quoted as saying the parents “did the right thing.” Parenting is tough these days and many can testify to this. However, there’s some debate as to whether or not the parents exercised the right brand of tough love. Either way, there probably won’t be any parties at the sisters’ house any time soon.
