Well here we go again with more attacks on women from the TEApublican party. This asinine example of ignorance, and stunning stupidity comes from Montana, and TEApublican Rep. David Halvorson.
Halvorson is the former director of Montana Right-to-Life, and brought some “scientific evidence” to back up his claims that “abortion causes cancer,” and that women who get abortions are “six times more likely to commit suicide.”
Halvorson’s ‘evidence’ comes from a degenerate idiot named David Reardon who received his “doctorate in biomedical ethics” from an on-line, unaccredited institution. Yep.
“Trained as an electrical engineer, Reardon decided to pursue further education in biomedical ethics, receiving a doctorate in 1995 from Pacific Western University. Reardon apparently hoped that he would gain credibility in the field he saw as hostile to his work — even though Pacific Western is an on-line, unaccredited institution. “I was advised by several university professors that I would face tremendous obstacles in pursuing my research interests at most of the large universities where cultural biases against any researcher who dares to question ‘the sacred right to abortion’ would provoke hostility, harassment, and obstruction,” Reardon explained.
So we have a scientifically illiterate buffoon, Halvorson, who cites a lying unscientific foundation, which is run by a psychopathic lying evangelical with fake credentials. That’s ‘evidence’ fitting for the Tea Party.
Here’s the video.
