What is the best thing the Republican Party can do to fight climate change? Nothing.
At least, that is the answer according former Wyoming senate candidate Liz Cheney, while speaking at a Washington, D.C. event hosted by Politico with her father, former Vice President Dick Cheney.
Cheney said she was very concerned about President Obama’s “war on coal,” and the “bureaucratic state” that is being imposed by the president who used executive orders to regulate greenhouse gas emissions, a major contributor to global warming.
Being the science expert she is, she told conservative host Sean Hannity back in June “the science is just simply bogus, you know, we know that temperatures have been stable for the last 15 years.”
Much like her father who while in office fought hard against any regulations that would affect his corporate allies businesses, Liz Cheney is carrying on the legacy of corporations before environment.
