If you’ve ever stumbled upon a serious right-winger, chances are you felt your IQ drop within mere moments of striking up a conversation. News flash: it’s not just you. All over the world, the ranks of the TEA Party sound deluded, delusional, paranoid, and have knee-jerk responses to things like gun control, women’s rights, and Obama, replacing those words with phrases like “COME AND TAKE ‘EM”, “the female body has a way of shutting that whole thing down” (concerning rape pregnancy), and “that socialist, Muslim terrorist”. Shock of shocks, Fox News has announced that, yeah… they pretty much sound like morons.
What’s their response to that? Bring in better candidates with more down-to-earth ideas about the issues? OF COURSE NOT! That’s just crazy! Fox News and the rest of the right-baggers are now planning on playing word games, and making themselves sound better… while still holding on to the same crazy ideas. Below, Jon Stewart takes a solid few minutes to rip into this issue, calling out Fox News’ stupid tactics for what they really are.

PART 2: Conservatives like Bobby Jindal call for a fundamental rethinking of the more extreme and antiquated Republican positions, while others in the GOP prefer cheating.
