Hillary Clinton announced her bid for the White House in an email from John Podesta to donors Sunday, and her website went live at 3:00pm with the introductory video.
In the video, Clinton says, “Americans have fought their way back through tough economic times. but the deck is still stacked in favor of those at the top. Everyday Americans need a champion, and I want to be that champion.”

Clinton is pretty much a shoe-in for the Democratic nomination; while her poll numbers have taken a hit, she retains huge leads over all her Democratic challengers, and large leads over the GOP contenders, too.
Hillary, of course, doesn’t come without a list of scandals (she deleted emails off a private server, guys; this sort of effrontery demands manufactured outrage on Fox), but I can’t think of a politician running who doesn’t. I also think Hillary is probably in the best position to handle the GOP, too.
Besides, the NRA is terrified of the woman.
