Albuquerque New Mexico police have issued themselves hunting permits for homeless men sleeping in the foothills. So, if you happen to be homeless, pick another place to camp out in — or get a few thousand homeless friends and set up a proper tent city.
Sunday March 16th , 38-year-old James Boyd was shot dead by these police officers. Granted he did pull two knives on the police after they hurled a flash bang at his feet. Shortly after the police who are a very safe distance from a knife attack decide to open fire on Boyd. After Boyd collapses to the ground from the initial shots fired you can hear him say, “Please don’t hurt me anymore”. The police responded with more brutality firing bean bag rounds at the subdued and heavily wounded man. To add insult to injury they released the police dog. Because, why not right?
After they had their fun shooting up this man, letting the dog use him as a play toy they slap the cuffs on him and drag him off the mountain.
James Boyd expired the next day in the hospital. Thanks Albuquerque police! You saved the foothills from someone stealing a boulder or something off of it! Or your just trigger happy d-bags.
