Recently, a South Carolina GOP Congressional candidate warned not to feed gay people after midnight, or get them wet, or something ridiculous. In any case, he called them “gremlins,” referencing the hit 1980’s movie.
Anthony Culler, a birther and self-described “gun nut,” promised to be a “godly servant to the people” if he manages to upset Democratic incumbent James Clyburn — and what better way than to spew endless hateful screeds and demand groups of people be relegated to second-class citizenry?
The New Civil Rights Movement brought attention to yet another of the would-be Congressional hopeful’s hateful screeds, in which he promises to protect South Carolina residents from these “gremlins” with a [email protected]#$ing cannon.
In a seven-minute video Culler, leaning on a cannon, said that while ISIS and Ebola are “threats,” he wants to talk about “the worst Gremlin outbreak in thirty years.”
Since he originally “brought Gremlins into the mix,” Culler says, “I have had all these bigots calling me a bigot.” He added that he thinks it’s “funny” that people object to his disgusting characterization of LGBT individuals.
Culler says he lives in the “majority minority district,” or “the black district,” and residents in the heavily Democratic area believe in “traditional family,” or “the way it’s always been.”
“No matter how many ‘gremlins’ there are across this country,” Culler says as he pats his trusty giant cannon, “we here in the 6th district, stand against it.”
“I will hold back anything that comes to attack us with everything I’ve got,” he said.
Including a cannon, apparently.
He added that in the movie, “those creatures” had to be kept out of sunlight. The gay “gremlins” against which he speaks can’t get in the “son’s light.”
The entire video, Culler swats away flies — because, as we all know, they are drawn to piles of sh*t.
