Apparently, Eric Bolling’s wife was a teensy bit upset with him because of his disgusting remarks concerning a female fighter pilot leading an airstrike against ISIS.
As Kimberly Guilfoyle was committing a rare Random Act of Journalism on FOX News’ The Five, Bolling and crew ruined it by instead cracking sophomoric jokes about Major Mariam Al Mansouri, a United Arab Emirates pilot who participated in the strikes.
“Would that be considered ‘boobs on the ground’?” Bolling quipped as the segment descended into a cacophony of misogyny. In the same segment, Greg Gutfeld quipped, “The problem is after she bombed it, she couldn’t park it.”
The stupidity left Guilfoyle almost in tears as she asked repeatedly why they were ruining her attempt to celebrate this woman’s accomplishments.
Thursday night, Bolling apologized to his wife and FOX News viewers for his moronic remarks — but not to the pilot he and Gutfeld disparaged.
“I want to go back to last night, about this time I made a joke. When I got home, I got the look,” Bolling said. “And I realized some people didn’t think it was funny at all. I said sorry to my wife and I apologize to all of you as well, I just want to make that very clear.”
“And you love women, and have respect for them,” Guilfoyle, whose objections Bolling ignored on Wednesday, sardonically added.
