On his radio program Friday, Bryan Fischer — Director of Issues Analysis at the American Family Association and dedicated jihadist with the American Christian Taliban movement — called on “Christians” to “reclaim the word discrimination,” telling them that it is a good word made bad by the Godless left.
“When it comes to sexual behavior,” Fischer insisted, “discrimination is not a bad word, discrimination in fact is a good word.”
Going on he attempted to justify his outrageous claim by asserting that as a society we discriminate against behavior that is out of the ordinary, or not “normal” pointing to things that have been outlawed because they are abnormal.
Of course those abnormal things that have been outlawed are things like theft, robbery and murder, abnormal behavior that any reasonable person would see as wrong and immoral, even those who commit those crimes are for the most part aware that it is unacceptable behavior that is why they do it under cover of darkness.
For Fischer, homosexual behavior is
“an abnormal expression of sexuality. It is a sexually deviant form of sexual expression, by that I mean it deviates from God’s plan for human sexuality.”
There you have it folks, his whole argument lies in what he thinks his religion teaches, because his religion calls on him to discriminate against homosexuals the government should do nothing to get in the way of his “virtuous” discrimination, it should limit itself to preventing only that discrimination which is evil, such as murder or theft.
In Fischer’s world, where the sky is paisley and the sun rises in the west he says that it is time “to reclaim the discrimination word when it comes to sexual matters. It’s not bad; it’s good. It’s a virtue and it’s necessary.” Not just a good word, it is something that is necessary a virtue to be admired in those with the courage to claim the word and wear it proudly.
