A senior analyst for conservative “think” tank, the Center for Immigration Studies, doesn’t feel that simply impeaching Obama is enough, as he told a Florida Tea Party group in a recent speech. According to Stephen Steinlight, President Obama needs to be executed.
“We all know, if there ever was a president that deserved to be impeached, it’s this guy, alright?”
Steinlight said, playing into the bigotry of the Highlands Tea Party. He continued,
“And I wouldn’t stop. I would think being hung, drawn, and quartered is probably too good for him.”
He called John Boehner’s plan to sue Obama a “political loser,” and told the audience that Boehner is “not a man to be trusted.” While he may be correct about all that, his solution to the “black guy in the white house” problem is much more grim.
To punctuate his point that President Obama should be murdered, he informed his audience that a Gallup poll revealed that 65 percent of respondents disapproved of President Obama’s handling of immigration reform, neglecting to mention that Gallup’s analysis said that if the GOP does not “make a serious effort to create reform legislation, they could find themselves punished by Latino voters, who tilt Democratic, in 2016.”
Steinlight is described as “one of the nation’s most insightful voices on immigration” who provides “expert testimony” for government panels — and has shown he is willing to advocate for the murder of our President and misrepresent information. We reiterate: he testifies before government panels.
