Edward Mario Garnett, the man responsible for an 1,800 mile long trail of crime and murder has been shot dead by police during a bank robbery in Phoenix, Arizona this past Saturday.
The FBI and Secret Service have both confirmed that an indictment was filed September 9th for Garnett, 40, after he posted a message on the White House website where he threatened to “blow out the brains” of President Obama on national television if he ever ordered an attack on Iran. Garnett said, “God has given Me a mandate.”
Garnett also threatened Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, saying “I’m going to settle some scores on behalf of Israel and America’s victims on behalf of those they continue to oppress.” The U.S. Army veteran turned killer added, “I’ll kill president and farmer alike.”
Garnett has also been linked to a failed bank robbery attempt in Atlanta, Georgia on December 23rd as well as a robbery the same day in Tupelo, Mississippi where one officer, Corporal Kevin Gale Stauffer, was shot dead and Officer Joseph Maher, father of two, was seriously wounded. Tupelo Police Department Chief Bart Aguirre has told the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal that Maher is improving and has been able to walk a bit with assistance this past Friday.
