America’s favorite family, the Palins, look like they’re in the clear today. Police in Anchorage announced on Thursday that there aren’t any plans to press charges over the massive, drunken brawl that reportedly involved members of Sarah Palin’s family.
Recall that the brawl, which occurred last month, involved Todd, Bristol, and other members of Sarah Palin’s family and, according to eyewitnesses, included the immortal line from Sarah Palin: “Don’t you know who I am?”
Several witnesses have since spoken out, and today, spokeswoman for the Anchorage PD, Jennifer Castro, told the Alaska Dispatch News that prosecutors weren’t going to be pursuing a case in the wake of the police investigation.
The Palins were reportedly in attendance and multiple people said they saw members of the family brawling with other guests. Sarah Palin was at the party, and witnesses said that they saw her shouting while the fighting took place. Witnesses also noted the Bristol Palin has a mean right hook.
Palin defended her involvement, saying that she’d gone into “momma grizzly” mode.
