Yesterday “Speaker of the House,” Ted Cruz, through behind-the-scenes machinations, managed to spark a conservative revolt that killed the GOP’s solution to the immigration problem. The Washington Post reports that just hours after the call went out that the bill had been yanked from the floor, a group of House Republicans were spotted dining at a Mexican restaurant along Barracks Row on Capitol Hill called Pacifico Cantina. The party, which included Reps. Renee Elmers, John Runyan, and Jaime Herrera Buetler, seemed in good spirits according to fellow diners.
